Overview

You are entitled to return your order for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, for any reason, provided the items are unopened, un-damaged and in original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Items purchased on sale will be refunded the actual purchase amount regardless of the current cost of the products.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@enjaygames.com and we will provide you with the next steps.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us and we can provide you with a shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
